  • Parent interviews follow.

Placement
Applicants are placed in the appropriate grade level based upon age, consistency between earned grades and scores on standardized tests, conduct and effort ratings, and documented teacher evaluations. Placement is determined by the Admissions Review Committee.

Notification
Determination letters and tuition assistance decisions will be mailed on Friday, April 6, 2012. After this date, the determination packet will be mailed when the admissions process is complete and the Admissions Review Team makes a final determination.

Enrollment
If accepted, the non-refundable tuition down payment is due along with the signed enrollment agreement by Thursday, April 12, 2012, or the date set in the formal notification of acceptance from the Admissions Office.

Wait Pool
Due to limited class size, not all qualified applicants can be admitted. These applicants will be placed in a wait pool and admitted if space becomes available. Wait pool applicants must reapply for admission in subsequent years.

The above are general guidelines utilized by the administration in determining acceptance. The Admissions Committee team makes the final decision. Pinecrest Academy employs an open admission policy with regard to sex, race, and national origin.
