October 2009, Dedication of the Alumni Arch |

A Gift from the Class of 2007
The Class of 2007 was joined by the Class of 2008 and family and friends to participate in the dedication of a beautiful new arch located next to Our Lady of Guadalupe Chapel. The four pillars of the arch represent the four pillars of integral formation: academic, human, spiritual, and apostolic. The double arches and cross are symbolic of how these four areas of formation come together in Christ. These alumni continue to live by the school's motto, Semper Altius or "Always Higher." As graduates pass under the arch each year, they will be reminded of their commitment to live their lives in such a way that their efforts have Christ as their summit and center of convergence. They will pledge to be men and women of learning, of character, for Christ and for others. |
