The formation team includes Legionary priests and consecrated men and women who are members of Regnum Christi. They provide both classroom support and spiritual guidance for the students which focuses on their integral formation: intellectual, human, spiritual, and apostolic, with the objective of achieving "complete" formation. This approach helps each student understand, in a personal way, that they are unique and endowed by God with a combination of talents and gifts all his/her own. The formation team is commited to helping each student fulfill the unique mission for which he/she was created.

Consecrated Men and Women
To consecrate means: "To set apart (for God)", "to devote to purpose", or "to sanctify." A consecrated person is a man or woman who, obedient to God the Father's call and to the prompting of the Holy Spirit, has chosen to profess the evangelical counsels (chastity, obedience, and poverty) as a special way of following Christ, in order to devote themselves to him with an undivided heart. Like the Apostles, they leave everything behind in order to be with Christ and to put themselves, as he did, at the service of God and their brothers and sisters. (Cf. John Paul II, Vita Consecrata)
